After a couple months in Italy, my husband and I were craving a sushi fix and found Fingers in Rome to be the perfect solution. The location and ambience was excellent, nice music, warm lighting and cozy cushioned booths and tables. We love craft cocktails and my husband enjoyed the lychee martini while I had a gin, green tea, champagne cocktail, both superb. There are very limited saki options, but no worries, as our server helped us find a local white wine that paired beautifully with the fish. This place is a delightful little surprise! The ambiance is super chill, perfect for a relaxed dinner. The food? Oh man, those American-Italian twists are chef's kiss. Our waiter was a saint, patiently explaining every dish and steering us towards some seriously tasty recommendations. Best japanese resturant I have ever tried. The food was both a peace of art and delicious, the servise was great! Very nice employe, always carried a great smile and made sure we had what we needed. We got a great explanation of the foods and sizes. The vibe is great! Sadly im just on vaccation but i would definently visit again.
