Five Guys Rome Termini — Restaurant in Rome

A great fast food restaurant inside the Termini building. The food itself was great, I visited FG for the first time in my life and I was pleasantly surprised by the way this fast food chain works (you order a burger/hot dog that might seem expensive at first glance, but you can add as many ingredients as the restaurant offers). The employee who took our order was nice, but I would maybe appreciate him not yelling parts of our order to the kitchen as we were ordering stuff. I understand he tried to speed up the process, but it seemed a bit rude, and him interrupting us ordering slowed the ordering process overall. The atmosphere was fine, but the radio at the lobby for guests was really loud, there were other businesses around playing their radios and the music drowned out each other the point it felt really cacophonic. I know that every fast food chain has its radio station they're supposed to play, but it might sometimes feel disturbing for those reasons. Overall a great...

The food was good, but prices were incredibly high and the staff was very, very RUDE. After spending $60 on food for three humans (at a takeout burger place) I was literally SCREAMED at for attempting to add water to a water bottle. While I had purchased two small drink cups at $5 each we also wanted a little water to take with us on the train. You would think we were trying to rob the place. While I understand not letting anyone wander up and use your soda machine, it would seem that a paying customer who spent over $20 per person might also have some water. If for some reason you still can’t do that, maybe at least be polite and apologetic instead of trying to CONFISCATE THE WATER BOTTLE.

This was absolutely the most ridiculous experience I’ve had at a take out food place.

Please, find somewhere else to eat and do not reward an establishment that prices their food at unreasonable amounts and treats their customers like...

The potato chips is one of the best . The small one is around 5€ ,but is so yummy 😋 the burger and milk shake is also good. The only thing that I didn't like , was the staff behavior . I wanted to go with my friend, I arrived a bit sooner, so I sat down and I was waiting for him , without ordering.( it's a bit rude to order alone , when you have a date with a friend! ) the staff came to me and talked not so much kindly. I explained her my friend will arrive in 5 minutes, but she didn't pay attention and told me I have to wait without sitting (waiting outside) or i have to order and then I can sit! It worth to mention that it wasn't crowded time of the day. Many of the tables were empty . I just didn't like that behavior and the way she said it with anger. All other...
