Grom — Restaurant in Rome

The worst experience I ever had in grom. We were waiting in line but the guy was too slow with orders ( I’m working in the restaurant as well so it’s okay, I know sometimes it’s very hard to work alone but he wasn’t even trying). We went to sit down to wait the line to finish, while me and my sister were eating our sandwiches. The employee after he saw us not in the line but at the table started to scream and showed with his hands that we need to leave because of the gluten free ice cream. I was confused as hell and explained to him that we gonna order now and that we were waiting the line to finish. He was incredible rude, I truly don’t understand why and also, why were he talking about “gluten free” ice cream? ( btw cones for ice cream are not gluten free, how funny is that) Anyway he kicked us out not even letting us to order something. This experience made me very sad and disappointed. Grom ice cream is my favorite destination when I'm craving delicious and high-quality gelato. My experience at this place has been absolutely amazing.

One of the best gelato spots with high quality and great variety. Every time I visit this shopping mall, I get a gelato for myself and my daughter. We’ve never been disappointed. My daughter loves the Fior di Latte flavor from Grom and always asks for it! I’ve tried different flavors too and they’ve all been good. even though I’m not a big fan of sweets in general.

The only small thing I’ve noticed is that the price I pay for a cono piccolo with one flavor sometimes changes a bit each visit, which I find curious.
