The most unprofessional and impolite service I have ever encountered in Rome. As soon as we sat down we were screamed at and told to sit somewhere else. Once they gave us a specific table, even though there were many free tables we could’ve taken, the server slapped down the menus in an aggressive manner and didn’t even look at us while doing it. Nice spot for a quick meal inside Porta di Roma. The food was decent, not amazing but good enough. Quality of coffee was good enough Barista was so so. Non sono solita recensire luoghi, ma questo posto mi ha particolarmente stupito in maniera negativa. Ho ordinato due cornetti ed un succo di frutta in tre step, e non perché non sapessi cosa ordinare, ma perché la ragazza dietro al bancone che mi ha chiesto cosa volessi ordinare si è allontanata più volte durante l'ordine: prima per fare cassa, poi per servire i caffè che aveva in macchina, poi per tornare nuovamente in cassa. Avrei preferito aspettare qualche minuto in più pur di avere 10 secondi di attenzione. Stesso problema per pagare. I caffè di una coppia e di un signore sono stati serviti proprio davanti la cassa, nonostante ci fosse parte del bancone completamente libero e nonostante fossi in fila per pagare. Ciò mi impediva di comunicare con la ragazza per chiederle il conto. Ho atteso che i signori finissero di prendere i caffè per non rovinare la colazione anche a loro.
