TERRIBLE SERVICE TERRIBLE HOST. I went today for the second time to this place for getting a supli cause I was going to attend the Cinema in Piazza in San Cosimato square. The first time that I was there all was good cause I had my snake for taking away but this time I wanted to eat there cause I had time and also because it was raining outside. I got inside and the place was totally empty, with no clients. So I ordered my supli and right after that a big group of about 15/20 tourists (USA) arrived to the place. After I ordered I sit in a table and the lady who took my order told me that she could give me the supli just for taking away cause she had this big group, I told her I want to eat there cause it was raining outside so she told me I can’t stay there. I arrived before this bunch of people and she took my order without telling me anything about this big group (in case that was a booked group). I mean, I just order a couple supli which just needed to be warmed up and that’s it. But the way that she behave was bad, specially because I arrived to the place first, when it was no body there. Forget the Vatican! Come here! This is the holiest of places! Seriously, it is amazing. I see that it has 4.9 stars and that is great, but if this doesn’t get 5 stars, I am not sure what does. I got a few different things, so it’s hard to say what to recommend. The panzerotti are absolutely out of this world. I went there earlier in the day and had two. I grabbed 4 more (of various flavors) and took them home to have with some brewskies. #NoRagrats They are bigger than you expect, but you will still want more. They are very addictive, but worth it! The restaurant is amazing. Although it's a little hard to find once inside you have peace tranquility and so much good food.

I ate it all, the suppli, crocchetta, arancini, bacio do carbonara, the canelone and classic lasagna (I came back for the lasagna and canelone the day after, I didn't eat it all in one day).

The arancini and lasagna were especially amazing, exceptionally tasty food, wondrous to eat.

I really can't recommend this enough.

Reception and service are on the same level naturally.
