Il Cuore Di Napoli Ribelle — Restaurant in Rome

Me and my Friends went to this restaurant because we thought it would be good to eat and chill for the Rest of the evening there. Not to Spoil anything but it was horrible.

First of all the Waitress was being really annoying and they were fighting in the Team as well. But no comes the worst Part when we got our Food the waitress put it in our faces and then realized that the table besides us got Here First and ripped the Food Away from our table and put it on the other table we were Like ok its Fine Not that Deep, so we just let that to Go until a whole school class got in the Restaurant and they threw us out Not Even letting us finish our food and Drinks. So we had to pay, and this is where shit gets real on the bill you cant see the final Amount and they Said that we owed them 139€ so we paid and left After that we were really mad and checked if they billed us the right amount which they didnt so we went right back in and started arguing with them they then checked the amount again which then was 142€ and we got 132€ so they wanted to Scam us bit more After we argued for a bit they just gave us 5 back so we got scammed and left. SO DO NOT GO THERE!

me and my wife should have had a nice evening in rome but the staff managed to ruin it! my wife ordered a pizza, approx. It was ready in 30 minutes (it was delicious).

I ordered a pasta that wasn't ready even after 1 hour!!! that's when I told the waiter that they forgot my order? he said "please wait 1 minute" 15 minutes later the waiter told me to please wait 2 minutes.

after that 10 minutes passed and they brought out my pasta...it was raw and hard!!! I reported this to another waiter, who took my food, but he didn't say sorry or sorry.... 10 minutes passed after that and no one from the staff spoke to us!!!

I indicated that we were paying, I paid for my wife's pizza + 1 wine that we drank, but they didn't tell us that they were sorry, nor that they would give us another meal, or a discount, or that we shouldn't pay... the staff was angry that we said to them because the food is bad!!!

after that we left, the lady who paid didn't greet us!! they didn't tell us they were sorry, even though I sat there for 1.5 hours hungry, unnecessarily...this is outrageous!!!

I don't recommend...

The elderly blonde is a common swindler.

Me and my husband, we were in Rome in mid-October and went to this restaurant because we really liked the pictures and style. What was our surprise that the blonde lady could not speak much English (in such a city this is ridiculous...).

Everything would have been ok if it wasn't for the fact that the lady scooped 3 euros for nothing (coperti was already included).

Let's start with the fact that the receipt was handwritten. The final amount was 22.50 euros. On the cash register was 25.50. Let me emphasize - the same lady prepared the receipt, so I assume that she know her handwriting perfectly :)

Before she filled it, she folded the receipt in half so that we could not see the error - dear lady, just because we are tourists does not mean that we do not know how to count :)

After reporting this and asking for a refund of 3 euros, we did not hear any apologies, only a sigh like " I failed to cheat them". :)
