I'd prefer to put no stars for the service here. Easily the worst customer service I've had since moving to Rome 6 months ago.
We were given attitude by our server from the moment we entered and were repeatedly sassed 20 minutes later when she finally decided to take our order.
Out of the 4 of us, 2 of us did not receive our meals. I asked our waitress twice about the food, 40 minutes after the first two meals had come out. The waitress dimissively said they were coming in a few minutes each time and clearly never checked in with the kitchen. We decided to leave after waiting another 20 minutes, and when we paid the bill, the two other meals weren't on the bill... so it was just never put into their system in the first place.
They clearly know service is a problem and don't care to address it. I was asked while paying how everything was by a different member of staff, and when I said that two of us didn't never received their meals, he asked no further questions and just gave me the machine to pay....

It’s a shame that our experience was ruined by one young waiter.
At first we were served by a very nice and helpful waiter and also a young waitress that was really sweet.
But most of the time we were served by a young waiter that I can say is the most unpleasant waiter I had in my entire life (Well done young man, you won the trophy)
It started with him bringing our pizzas and taking our antipasti before we finished, giving us the pizza with the command “take!”😂
Then we wanted to ask for a tiramisu, he ignored us with a very unpleasant gesture, coming back to us after 5 min and asking if we want the bill. We said no we want the Tiramisu.
We waited for 20 min until my partner did a face to him and then he asked for the waitress to bring us the tiramisu (and she was lovely)
My advice to the young waiter, get a different job because it seems obvious you are not...
Read moreSo far, my favourite place I have had food at in Rome. We ordered a Marinara pizza and Nerano pasta. I had bruschetta as a starter. Tiramisu for dessert. Bruschetta: the bread was really good, soft in the middle with crispy crust. Soaked well in olive oil. (I wouldnt rate it the best bruschetta but still quite flavorful and fresh). The marinara pizza: the sauce was out of this world. I loved it. I never thought I would love a pizza without cheese but here we are. Nerano pasta: surprisingly, a really tasty dish. The sauce was rich and had a subtle tone of fried zucchini. Tiramisu: good tiramisu. Biscuits were soaked well in coffee. We didnt love it though but only because we are used to a slightly different taste.
All in all, we are glad we had dinner here. The staff was friendly and our server spoke really...
