I had been underwhelmed by my food experience in Rome until we stumbled onto this place. Thank you for restoring my faith!🥰

We were a bit wary of the negative reviews, but after eating there I'm sure those were indeed meant for another Andrea restaurant😅🤣 Great food, great atmosphere, great service and deserts TO DIE FOR! If you're looking for authentic Italian cuisine, this is the place for you.

We had the artichoke, raviolli ai porcini(fresh pasta like you never tried before), the saltinbocca alla romana(best I've ever tried!!), and crispy chicken with fries (they are not the kind of crispy you expect, but they are amazing!). Nothing to complain! They even brought us parmesan and let us use as we pleased which in itself deserves 5* from me🥰

But the desert? Omg, the desert! We had torta de la nona for the first time and it was better than we could've imagined!

They also had a large collection of wines but we ordered the house red wine and it was amazing!

In conclusion: this was my best food experience in Rome and I definitely recommend this to anyone that finds themselves...

Amazing place to eat!! We found this place by chance, wanting to stay near our hotel one evening I looked at Google maps and checked out local restaurants. This place has an amazing menu selection, which the food all had amazing food. We enjoyed it so much that evening that we returned for a lunch the next day before we had to head for our airport bus. We had brushetta, zucchini flowers and suppli to start. Followed by Pizza and Cacio e pepe for main. Zucchini flowers and Suppli are delicacies from Rome which I would highly recommend anyone try when they are there. When in Rome, right?? I had never tried Cacio e Pepe before but for such a simple dish it was so full of flavour. For lunch the next day my partner subbed out the pizza for carbonara and he loved it. We had house white wine both days and it paired so well with all our food choices. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. We got a meloncello at the end of our lunch and it was delicious. This is a place I would definitely...

This is such a quaint and cozy family-owned spot. My boyfriend and I came into town pretty late and they still let us sit down and eat dinner before the kitchen closed. We had two pizzas, the Diavola and one with mushrooms and sausage (don't remember the name), and they were both excellent! Crispy, thin crust and hot savory cheese, it was delicious. We also shared the house red wine which was a great value and pretty good. We ended the evening with a limoncello and had such a special evening at Andreas. The staff was so friendly and efficient, but we did not feel rushed even though we ate very late. We loved the experience and pizza so much that we came back for our last dinner in Rome before heading to the airport. We also tried the tiramisu which was very delicious and came with a little coffee pot to pour over! The prices are very good and the quality of the pizza is very high. I highly recommend this restaurant for a more casual dinner. Go support this...

While staying at the nearby Domus Australia Hotel (very nice, by the way) we stumbled on this little star. Staff was cordial and inviting and spoke enough English that we could communicate well. We started with an appetizer of fried zucchini, cauliflower and artichoke that was seasoned perfectly and very tasty. Main course for me was the Pollo Romani that was absolutely delicious. Tender chicken in a savory tomato and pepper 'ragu'. I told the staff to thank the chef for the honor of sampling such an amazing dish. My wife had the 'cracker thin' crust Margarita pizza, which I ate a quarter of, and was quite surprised that it was served Roman style not being cut into the classic pie slice as expected. It's a knife and fork dish not meant to be eaten by hand. Overall a very pleasant dinner for less than 50 Euro, which included a glass of Chianti and a Limoncello.
