I give one star because I can't give zero. We were really hungry and so we kind of stopped at the first place we saw, it was a poor decision. On top of being rushed to order our food when it came the standard was much less than acceptable. The waiter is abrupt and irritating, he continually tried to push us to make a decision before we were ready, in hind sight we should have left straight away but we decided to give the place a chance, we were sorry. The food came, the pasta, which I tried to eat because I don't like waste was less than second best to my 10 year olds cooking, it was too salty, and unpleasant to eat. The pizza was OK but there are many many better choices. There was a calzone filled with mush, it actually made my stomach turn, there was some eggplant that I think might have been on the brink of spoiling based on it's taste (I love eggplant) There was a "green salad" that was rudimentary at best, it was pale and sad looking, I have had much better from prepackaged bags purchased in a corner shop. The server was weird in a bad way He didn't have any tact and only seemed preoccupied with making us order food quickly, the other worker started rearranging chairs whilst we were having our meal, knocking my back several times, not offering any apology for the discomfort of the situation. I felt robbed having had to pay for the mean and the service which was absolutely deplorable at best. If you want dissapointment. Go here. I am normally extremely easy to please, I am not a picky eater, I don't like people who are too finicky about their food, some things I can enjoy even if it might not be the best, some things I can eat even if I do not necessarily enjoy it...this food, I could not finish. Definitely don't take any picky children to eat here, the menu looks good but it's a farce. Someone said it has a charming dingy quality, it's true, while it's very mediocre settings, there is something endearing about the atmosphere there but once you eat the food the place will lose all its charm. Anyone endorsing this place has to have a personal stake. I am...

Unfortunately not the experience we had hoped for. The staff were not that friendly, the fryers apparently were not working so certain dishes were not available, so that meant a lot of sides dishes. One dish was literally 3 pieces of meat and when ordering it wasn’t explained that you would need a side or even asked. The risotto, although had a good flavour did not look that appealing. The pizza’s that the group ordered were all enjoyed though. When we came to pay the bill, only then was it advised that they only take cash and we didnt have enough with us so was told to use the ATM down the street, it would of been better to tell us that before we ordered. Overall I...

At first glance this place seemed charming, but then we started to wait for the food. Took 45 minutes and there were non other than us. When the food came a pizza was missing and the artichokes were cold as ice. We sended it back and five minutes later received the same ones now looking even more unappetizing. When we payed the waiter yelled at us when we asked for a reduced price. We left quickly afterwards

I don't recommend going here. I was hoping to propose to my girlfriend on our last day in Rome. She wasing feeling romantic after...

We ate twice as we enjoyed their wine. On our second visit we ordered the eggplant parm, outstanding! Complements to the chef! This is our picture of the wine, unfortunely it is blurry. Would appreciate if someone can tell us.

Lunch. Very nice little basement restaurant. Friendly staff. Prosciutto and melon was fantastic - big serving, lots of both. Yum! Cacio e pepe...wow! Deliziosa!!! Great place for a reasonable price.
