La Fiorentina — Restaurant in Rome

we came to the restaurant on the very first evening after arriving in Rome. after an incredibly long day, we were looking forward to the famous Italian hospitality and willingness. unfortunately, the service was slow, they preferred to serve people who, let's say, were richer. I wanted to order a supplement, but no waiter came to serve me. finally we decided to go away. we asked the landlady, who was just passing by to bring us the bill, to my surprise she barked at me: arrive!!! and walked away. the lady should realize that even people like me are the ones who contribute to her salary and she should start behaving decently. Of course, she didn't bring us the bill, she left it to a colleague, who tried to excuse us by saying: you requested the bill, probably many years ago, right?

I wasn't going to review this restaurant at all because it was very much in the middle in respect of quality of food in comparison to other restaurants in Rome I've eaten at, however, when every glass you serve is dirty, including the one with ice that had a hair on the ice and brown residue around the sides, i just feel like i have to point it out. (I cleaned the glasses myself).

I didn't get the friendliest vibe from the staff either. They just put the food down and walk away without a word being said. I felt like it would cause more issue directing anything at them, especially any complaint that kept occurring with the lack of cleanliness.

Food quality was decent so I've no complaints there but just try to be more friendly to customers and ensure cutlery you're providing is clean.

We ate here twice for lunch at our Airbnb's host recommendation.The food was generally good and well priced, however the waiters were extremely slow and we felt ignored.

There is a 12% service fee that we didn't encounter at other places,and I guess this might be a part of why the waiters don't seem too invested .

The first time we ordered pizzas and waited about one hour to be served.There was definitely an attitude when we asked about an update.
