Pasticceria Linari — Restaurant in Rome

THE WORST experience ever in Rome. I went there to buy strawberry tart, and asked specifically if they are fresh. The working person told me that yes they are. Then I went for payment, and other person at the casa "suggested" me to wait for "30 minutes outside the fridge" before eating. I waited and opened the box, everything was frozen. yes, still frozen. I had to left the tart out but it was a melting disgusting sweet in the morning....

TORTA SACHER PESSIMA UNO SCEMPIO. Mi sono recato qui per il compleanno della mia compagna per una sacher, dopo vari altri tentativi in altre pasticcerie andati sempre a male, visto il blasone ho detto la pagherò però mi rivolgo a gente spero brava. Premetto che quando li ho chiamati il mercoledì per il sabato mi sono raccomandato sull'impasto e la morbidezza parlando direttamente con la cucina e il pasticciere. La torta dentro era dura, poco lievitata e compatta, la torta si sbriciolava al taglio e al cucchiaino essendo molto poco amalgamata. La marmellata interna era stata messa con la sac a poche tipo cornetto, un obbrobrio rispetto ad una sacher tagliata con uno strato di marmellata visibile, morbida e soffice al taglio. Dalla foto è evidente la glassatura opaca e non lucida, inoltre al lato non liscia ma raggrinzita a buccia d'arancio come il fianco della torta interna. Per completare nell'impasto non hanno messo uno straccio di aroma. Pagare 32 euro per kg 1,200 di impasto duro... senza marmellata, fate voi..... Ho fatto una pessima figura con lei amante delle sacher. Non chiedevo una fatta da Iginio Massari, che inoltre non costa pure molto,...
