ok. we had lunch here and it was good but not remarkable. no pizzas at lunch, limited menu.

You want to go for dinner. Really Great food and not toi expensive. I had baked salmon and ordered fried potatoes as an extra dish. Roman entrees generally have not much extra like in the US. Salmon 14E potatoes 3E.

Salmon was better than 99% Seattle restaurant salmon!! Juicy properly cooked delicious. pan Fried potatoes perfect -- like my wife cooks.

My wife had fettuccini in mushroom sauce and a delicious salad.

For wine you must get the house white wine!! Its sparkling like Asti Spumante. i ordered the liter for 8E. Careful you will get buzzed on this wine.

For dessert chocolate souffle perfect with vanilla ice cream.

Wonderful dinner! Walked back to the hotel for...

We really enjoyed our meal here. It was the night before running Rome Marathon so good carbs were a must.

There was a really nice atmosphere - clearly a restaurant where a lot of the local community eat as well as visitors. The staff were friendly to all.

They gave us a menu in English as well as the native Italian which certainly helped.

The food was good - hearty food which had the feel of home cooked. We had a brilliant focaccia to start, followed by which I had a really nice pizza (the Arugula) and my wife had a rigatoni dish with artichokes.

The coup de grace was a magnificent tiramisu!

Throughout the evening, service was quick and with a smile, even though it was busy.

We’d definitely come back when I run the...

Food was inconsistently very good. For example, excellent scalloped potato w/mushroom appetizer, excellent main course pasta /shrimp, but the side salad was not available with a choice of dressing, and what dressing was on it, although good, was sparse. The bread was a bit hard-crusted, they had no butter, and we had to ask for some dipping oil. Service was inconsistent as well. Initially attentive, but later we had to ask where our food was, as other diners who came in after us were served and finished their meal before our main course was served. We may try it again, as it seems to be a very popular restaurant, and I think our waitstaff may...

Pizza was nice, but somehow, the description of my marinara pizza got lost in translation. I asked the waiter if the pizza had seafood. He said yes, but the pizza that arrived was only slathered in marinara sauce. No seafood. So, I ordered another pizza with salmon. The instruction on the menu also said not to pay at the cashier. After our meal, we waited, waited, and waited. Finally, we went to the cashier and waited, waited, and waited

The truffle pasta (Fettuccine with crispy speck, parmesan fondue and summer truffle) and pesto pasta (Paccheri with stracciatella, Genoese pesto and chopped pistachios from Bronte) were really good 💯 just took time to decide what to order because of the description in the menu + no photos. Dessert was superb😍
