La Cannoleria Siciliana - Corso Trieste — Restaurant in Rome

Hello guys I'm gonna be honest, overall the prices of this place are good but unfortunately I have to leave a bad honest review, we finally though that we found a place were they were honest and they didn't try to scam you at all, we did order a small portion of taglieri and they brought us enough food for X3 ppl, few days later we did order X3 portions of the same taglieri and they brought us almost the same food as one taglieri containsin a big plate(excuse that they don't have X3 plates as those* (this offer includes drinks)but we tried to explain to the staff that portion of food doesn't deserve 30 euros and we did explained them that one day before we bought only one taglieri, small portion and it was enough for X3 ppl, they didn't want to understand at all and they made us having a bad night, just be careful to don't get scammed...

This place is so pleasant and calm. Excellent service. Everyone is so efficient, friendly, kind and helpful. Very good place for small hangouts. Very much closer for the people who are living in piazza Istria. I had my first tiramisu experience from here..and that was the best of the best out of everything. I love it. This bar has inside and outside facilities. So clean and sanitized. I love all the sweets here. And also the cappuccino. Super tasty and they're giving a full cup of cappuccino. I feel the Sicilian...

Sono stata spesso in questo posto e i dolci sono veramente buoni, ma per il pranzo non posso dire la stessa cosa. È stata un'esperienza veramente deludente. L'arancino cacio e pepe è arrivato freddo, dopo che la cameriera ha sbagliato una prima volta l'ordine, portandoci delle insalate. ll menù siciliano prevedeva anche il caffè e il cannolino che non mi è stato portato. Andiamo in cassa per pagare e faccio presente la parte mancante del menù. La cameriera mi dice che non l'ho chiesto e quindi non l'ha portato, ma nel menù che avevo ordinato era chiaramente indicato come compreso. Quindi mi è sembrato strano.... Chiedo chiarimenti sul conto e di nuovo la cameriera risponde stizzita senza spiegare l'importo. Un'altra cameriera, molto più gentile, mi ascolta e dice che la cameriera è giovane e non ha esperienza. In questi casi basterebbe essere umili e semplicemente educati e tanti problemi si risolverebbero con un sorriso. Per la colazione lo consiglio per il pranzo no. È stressante non essere serviti bene ( al tavolo accanto non avevano portato le bevande ordinate e i clienti hanno dovuto richiederle, così come i primi). D'altronde è una pasticceria, quindi dovrebbero rimanere fedeli per evitare spiacevoli inconvenienti. ( piccolo appunto:la bufala ordinata dai clienti vicino non ha "cacciato" una goccia di latte, anche se non metto in dubbio la freschezza del prodotto perché non l'ho mangiata, probabilmente era stata...
