Pizza Zizza is a hidden gem near St. Peter’s Square, where flavors meet perfect service. The menu offers 8 different, exciting flavor combinations, some of which I’ve never seen anywhere else. These pizzas are simply divine! The local beers pair excellently with the pizzas, enhancing their taste. The service is impeccable: the young waiter is not only fluent in English, but also perfectly conveys the Italian culinary experience. He smoothly switches between English and Italian to ensure you understand what you’re eating while creating an authentic Italian atmosphere. The chef is youthful, cheerful, and clearly loves what he does – and it shows in the food. Although the place is small and always packed, this only adds to its charm. Even those who come from the nearby restaurant prefer to switch over to this place. I can only highly recommend it to everyone!

As far as I can understand we most people get the plate of different pizza pieces. We also got 2 draft Beers and a Sprite as well as one Teramisu and paid 44,5€ I believe. The Teramisu was 4 €, the drinks were between 4-6 and I can't remember the pizza. So definitely a bit higher priced especially the drinks. Not sure if the amount of pizza we got equaled a whole one, but I assume that it was between 8-10 €. We also got a complementary fried rice-mozarella- ball which was nice. Out of the waiters one spoke English and he was very nice. The location is right at 2 street corners with loud traffic, but you could see the top of the peters dome . Would recommend... Would ask for the prices beforehand next time I don't get a Menu. Hate do enjoy good food just to have my mood destroyed by the bill.

We spent two weeks in Italy, and this was our best dining experience bar none. By all appearances, it's a counter service pizza place like a hundred others in the city, but they had a sampler platter of 7 different pizzas and each one, from margherita and mozzarella/tomato/basil to zucchini pesto and prosciutto/pecorino, was amazing. Both guys behind the counter and the one out front with the tables seemed to love their job, and it came across with genuinely friendly service. Even the glass of house red wine we ordered was better than some of the pricier bottles we'd gotten elsewhere in town. Best pizza and most fun meal we've had this trip. Next time we travel via Rome, I will be planning a layover between flight and train specifically so we can bus out here for lunch or dinner.

There is a reason why this place is so highly rated. When you come as tourist to Italy, one part of your experience is the Italian food. For me it was experiencing the real Pizza. After having tried in many countries, finally got to try it here. You get a platter with multiple types of pizza slices. The bread is perfectly baked to be fluffy from inside and crunchy on the outer layer. The flavours are super rich and I super happy that I got to taste my first pizza here. It really gave some expensive restaurants in Rome a tough competiton based on taste. The guy was super friendly, perfect english and gave good recommendation. The location adds to the experience for sure.

If you want to try a variety of pizza flavors and going to Vatican City; then this is the place to stop. This restaurant is only a five minute walk from the Vatican City entrance. And the pizza is outstanding!! Me and my husband got the platter for two (if you only want three slices each just get platter for one). But this place had some of the best pizza we had in Rome. Their bacon pizza is number 1!!! And then the Margherita, and the pesto and mortadella was also phenomenal. And on top of that, the prices were very reasonable. For 12 slices of pizza, a beer, and water was only $28 euros. 10000% recommend stopping here. There is very few tables though.

Went twice while in Rome! A great local pizza place run by brothers. They are always busy because their pizza is excellent and they really love what they do and have a lot of fun too. My wife and I loved the Chicken Salad w/ Balsamic Pizza! Trust me, it's amazing, also the pepper suppli are a must try. Even the pasta is excellent, but you gotta try the bacon pizza - wow! If you aren't sure what to get, just ask for a mixer and they will build you a plate with a variety of pizzas. Also, try the local orange soda - super good. Five stars all the way! 😀 Skip all the tourist traps and check these guys out after your visit to St. Peter's Basilica.
