I was excited to dine in this restaurant, so I did a reservation at 9 pm , I drove for 1 hour to reach this restaurant from my place , and when I came I found that the atmosphere was cozy and romantic although I was alone this evening , after that the waiter came to took the order he was unfortunately not so helpful and in rush ! I showed him some photos of what i want from their site on my phone but he asked me to choose from the menue and not from the photos ! He didn’t even offer any efforts in assisting or providing any suggestions or to let you feel welcome in this restu! He just told me to choose from the menue and he will be back after to take the order ! That was rude and not well manners from his side , so I have choosed from the menue a starter , 1 st main course and 2 nd main course , when I have asked him about it he just told me that this is too much for you and i think you should go for only a starter and one main course !!! I found that is so unpolite to ask a customer about !! On the other hand, their food was not that good ! And the octupus that I ordered was not hot and served cold with cold tomato souse, I even asked the waiter to bring for me the 2nd course ( which it was pasta ) but he ignored the order and brought me some few desserts instead ( and it was so bad too and not tasty even ) really this was the worse restaurant I have dined in rome ,, I it was really...

Starter really good. Main course ok. Dessert really really bad. Wine ultra expensive. Service ok. Not a mémorable moment. 160 € for two for this quality of food is not ok for us.

UPDATE (because you answer me giving me a theoretical "1 star" because of non accepting the critics. Still i will not change my 2 stars into 1 star, but i could)

-- In my 160 € (i dont have the receipt anymore), i count a 30-35 € wine which is one of the lowest of your Wine List. So if we exclude the wine, we have a 125€ dinner for two which is way too high in comparison of what we have received. As i said, really good starter, good main course. But the dessert is unacceptable. Not a question of personal taste.

So if you dont like receiving critics, fine for you. I think constructive critics if good for a restaurant. I underlined the good points (service as well). We have been eating in several restaurants of Roma during our 5 days here, and there were other places which had a better price/quality of food ratio than yours. I still which you a good...

I went here for dinner when I was on holiday, the location was lovely and so was the inside and WC. I ordered something of the menu and when it came I was surprised, I tired it and found that I did not like it very much so I did not eat anymore. When the waiter came he called other waiter and asked me what was the matter with it, I said I did not like it and I was asked 2 more times why I did not finish. When my main came, I was very full so I did not finish it. Yet again I felt interrogated as to why I did not finish. For the rest of the night these 2 waiters kept bring up why I did not finish my food. I felt very bullied, and as a customer who is paying a lot for this food I would not expect this. Everything else was lovely and I had a wonderful night but I do not think it’s professional at all to bully a paying customer when they did not like the food. I order a gin and tonic, and it tasted like net gin. That may be good or bad but just a head ups. Overall I had a nice night but I thought the waiters were way...

We visited this restaurant for New Year’s Eve. There was a set menu of 4 courses including starter, antipasti, main course and desert. The place looks great and has very nice decoration. Staff was extremely polite. We had also a really nice bottle of white wine. The food was really good and tasty even though some dishes especially the main course was kind of flat. The whole celebration after New Year’s Eve was nice with lots of music etc. however in total for the amount of money we had to pay it was not so great. In the end when we asked for the bill they had included a 20% tip in the bill which was never mentioned in the set menu. I understand that due to New Year’s Eve we should tip the waiters of course however not by deciding to charge extra 20% without ever letting us know when providing the menu with the set price.

The best dessert we ever had - gelato fruitini. Hidden behind the hustle and bustle of Roma is an exquisite courtyard painted with abundant off-white umbrellas and some of the most attentive service. Antonio, manager, Nazmul, and Rayin cultivate each table’s experience to ensure the perfect food and wine (or non-alcoholic beverage) pairing. The breadsticks give the British Baking Show a run for their money. Each dish, which several were tasted, were all exceptional. Highly recommend for a nice dinner as a couple, with friends, or with family. The inside ambiance is very modern / sharp and also worth perusing. Most notably is the gelato fruitini. It’s hard to describe but my goodness, it’s one of the best desserts we’ve ever had and we’ve had many. We hope to replicate it at home but doubt anything will compare.

This restaurant was the only one that we decided to be return customers at during our short stay in Rome. We came back because the food was delicious (I just wish the portions were a little bigger, but maybe that's just the American in me talking), but mostly because of the customer service!! The wait staff at this establishment are top-notch! They are helpful and pleasant and even shared some Italian history with us. Each one was so friendly, wonderful and attentive, even with our children. They never once made us feel unwelcome (the first night, we were underdressed, as we had just flown in) and they were just charming! I highly recommend this place for both indoor and outdoor dining. The pineapple dessert was to die for, by the way. Thank you! Hopefully we'll return someday!
