Honestly if I could, my experience here gets zero stars. I came to buy a gift for my relatives. Waited 20 minutes before an SA approached us. Immediately caught the worst attitude. Maybe because we are younger? But I feel that shouldnāt impact customer service is we are purchasing an item. Showed the picture of the item I wanted. He grabbed the item and rushed to check out. Why are we in a hurry? Iām an international tourist and asked if I could get tax free with just a picture of my passport. ( I donāt like carrying my passport with me for security reasons) Every LV / designer stores Iāve gone to thus far in Italy has accepted a picture of the passport for tax return. I ended up not getting tax free on the item. Thatās besides the point just initial impressions were off his attitude towards us was horrible. This man never introduced himself- no greeting either which Iām upset about because I donāt have a name to drop in this review!! But I will say he was a black older male sa. He grabs my item while Iām in the middle of calling my relative asking if she likes the color. Sa is rushing us and has a pouty look on his face. And tells us heās going to help other customers while we figure this out. This took us no more than two minutes. Clearly uninterested that we were buying something. The entire process felt rushed. He never offered us a seat or drinks. Also not the point, but it just felt odd seeing customers beside us get actual customer service while we stood there getting annoyed stares from our sa!! The time comes for me to purchase the itemā¦. He is now rushing us for the card. I hand him my card and with such a big purchase my bank gets notified and asks if itās fraud which inevitably declines the purchase. As a sa in such a store in an area where tourism thrives I feel he should have some expertise⦠common sense⦠professionalism in this areaā¦Instead he shoves my card back at me and says āitās been declined your card DECLINEDā I told my bank I authorized the purchase and what a shocker it went through!! He then asks us if we want a box with it. I understand some people donāt want the box but did he expect me to walk out with the item in hand?! I often find myself in these positions where store associates judge off appearance and see a younger face and donāt think they will be purchasing anything. Im not sure how this man was hired and I really hope he made zero amount of commission off my purchase. It felt very undermining and my friend and I left feeling disrespected. We told the lady at the front on our way out. Will not be returning and if you come here Iād say donāt be afraid to speak up like me and ask to switch your sa if you feel uncomfortable.

1)The left side of the bag has jumped stitched. If you look closer it is machine stitched so either the tension could not handle the vachetta and canvas. If you compare to the right side the stitch length is even.
The edges are not even and polished. If you compare to the Kusama NoƩ they use the same finish as you would find on a speedy or keepall handle. It cracks on mine and also the handle too.
The straps stitching is so uneven on the backside. I mean look... if I put a straight line you can see how wonky it is. I know this stitching technique by hand and Hermes uses the same saddle stitch method which is why you can see how the top side stitch looks a bit angled. But seriously how many attempts did they make in the atelier and unpicked it to make it look like this? It should be seamless.
Inside the NoƩ they didn't catch the back stitch with the machine evenly. It should be overlapping to secure the stitch. Not having it 1mm out of place. What this means is that the bag will be a risk from snapping but of course vuitton would glue first then stitch. But then again the glue won't last that long without a properly finished backstitch.
I got white stuff on the canvas like how people get problems with the pochette metis. Not a worry with some water on a microfibre cloth to remove it but still...
Customer service fail but success in the end.
Ilenia Fiore changed the reputation of this store. Shame she is going to Napoli because my first visit to the store, I bought the NoĆ© on 21 April and the service was very inattentive. I came back the next day because the bag was missing a part on the handlešš³ and I wasnāt happy with the water marks on the corner and dark patina on the left. In fact the woman who sold me the bag said that the one I bought yesterday, came from the factory this morning. Turns out it was the display model that she mixed up.
When I exchanged the bag this morning, Ilenia said "no that is not right" and actually found the bag that arrived yesterday morning. It was in better condition with no water marks! Simple quick and efficient. I give 5 stars to Ilenia. But otherwise if she was not there and my bag was not resolved I would...

I asked them to check with other stores in the area because the day before the store in Florence checked and said there were at least 3 of the bags in the Rome stores. But the sales person at this location said it was out of stock everywhere. When I asked for a similar style (that I found on the website) they said they were out of that style as well. I asked if that bag was at other locations. Again, the salesperson said this bag was not available at any other the locations in Rome. This happened with four different bags I asked about. How is it possible to be out of 4 different bags? Instead, they kept pushing a bag that was more than twice the price of the ones I wanted. Every time I asked about a different bag they came back AGAIN with the bag they wanted me to buy but in a different color or different size. I left and went to a different Louis Vuitton store. They had the bag and said it had not been discontinued. The salesperson at this second store acknowledged this bag is hard to find because it is very popular but he said he it was definitely NOT discontinued. Donāt waste your money at this location. They are liars and scammers.
They are also rude and racist. My daughter is Asian and I am white. When she entered the store behind me they motioned to her in a very dismissive way to close the door behind her. There was an associate at the door who could have closed it for her so Iām confused why they motioned for her to close the door instead. After we entered the store they showed zero interest in her. She finally sat down and watched them harass me. Iām glad I left. I will never come back to this store and I will NOT recommend it to anyone else.
