I would like to leave a review about my terrible experience at this restaurant. Four days ago, my friend and I came to have lunch and her bag was STOLEN. She put her bag on the arm of a chair, we ordered food, started to eat and 15 minutes later the bag was gone. We asked the manager to look at the video cameras to see what happened, to which we were told that they could not help us. Because supposedly the video cameras are on, but the app itself doesn't work and in a day they'll give us a video (spoiler: they still don't have it). Then we asked to call the police, to which we were told that they had already called, but the police could not come because of the theft. Then my friend called her father, he came and called the police himself, of course the police came and documented the incident. After talking to my friend's father, the manager began to behave strangely, she raised her voice saying that it was not her fault, began to cry, talk to the entire room and dozens of customers that she had nothing to do with it. After which all the clients began to feel sorry for the crying woman and look at us with disapproval, although we were simply trying to understand and resolve the situation.
So in the future, if you'll lose something in this restaurant, not only they'll not help you, but they will also make a scandal and make you feel guilty. Zero costumer service, zero...

Replying to your response, I am actually glad I didn't eat at your restaurant. Based on your reply, I can tell that you guys have an awful customer service. What do you mean you didn't kick us out? I literally stepped in to ask a question and you guys literally told me to go out with a very upset tone and even locked the door. Who does that as a staff at a restaurant?
And when I asked how long would the wait be, you guys literally ignored the question. And there were plenty of seats inside while there were only three teams waiting outside. There were no reason to not let the customers in. Stop lying.
