Seoul Restaurant — Restaurant in Rome

The korean lady at the counter was ok. But the others are a bit rude. The guy that accommodated us even corrected me how I should do the grilling eventhough I have my own way, maybe because they want to cook it quickly because of the smoke he even stopped me in front of other people, and I just sat there awkwardly. It’s better not to put it in the menu if you don’t want the customer to do it or something. We just want to eat calmly but no we were talking about how rude the staffs are and how the guy treated us. How they serve the food, not worth the price! Me and my family are the one who’s eating but I feel awkward at the atmosphere. It’s my family’s first time at a Korean restaurant and it didn’t went well.It’s not welcoming. No one smiles, we greeted everyone while entering and just the lady at the counter greeted us. I don’t know maybe because of our race or something? We paid a lot for the food but it’s not worth it. Anyways the is FOOD is 10/10 but the SERVICE is 0/10. I have a lot of things to say because I got embarrassed in front of my family and other people who were looking at us that time! No one was there. I guess they just went on vacation without changing their status on Google maps. (They left Updates but did not changed opening hours. Not sure if people check the Updates section when it says clearly 'Open' in their overview section.) Meanwhile all the other restaurants change their status kindly when they are on vacation, to save their customers precious time, they just left irresponsibly. Our family was hoping to have Korean cuisine that we were craving for a few days. Can't even say that disappointment. Do you really want people to come up to your place and read this "NOTICE"?? Well, at least you should try to use minor tech which is just a Google map that all the people find your place. Overpriced. Taste like instant foods. Ordered kimchi stew and it was filled with uneatable pork fats that looked like their leftovers from porkbelly dishes. Normally, there should be some good pork meats with some fat but not all fat. Yook gae jang was def not made in a traditional way. Tasted like it was made with chemical instant soups and the ingredients were different from its traditional way. Vegetables in the soup were still very hard and they shouldn’t be like that if fully cooked. I mean it was way off in every way. Steamed egg was 10euro. I get better than that in even the US for $3-4 and that’s already considered expensive. Wouldn’t order if my wife wasn’t craving for it but it only failed to satisfy us in quality, taste and price.
