Birrifugio Trastevere is a solid spot for a casual meal with a great atmosphere. The food was good — we opted for their mega burgers, which were flavorful and satisfying. While they offer an impressive selection of beers, we stuck with Coke this time, and the overall dining experience didn’t disappoint.

Su tavolini rustici posizionati sul marciapede e coperti da ombrelloni cordiali ragazzi proporranno una serie di birre da sorseggiare durante uno sfizioso aperitivo dalle 18.30 a € 10 servito su un tagliere con bruschette, frittini, fettine di salame e tarallini.

Questo pub, dal simpatico nome, dà proprio l’idea delle ottime e artigianali birre (€ 6 medie ed € 4 piccole), che si possono sorseggiare. È molto Irish, con luci soffuse, arredamento in legno caldo e tavolini apparecchiati informalmente su pedane e nicchiette. La musica fa da sottofondo, sui muri e colonne diverse targhe, poster, tv e una scelta esagerata di bottiglie dietro il bancone. Ci sono stata più volte, sia per una carbonara e un hamburger con patatine fritte tagliate a mano e cotte a puntino, sia per cenare con piatti più “importanti”: succulenta tagliata con rucola e parmigiano (€ 18); braciole di maiale con contorno d’insalata, pomodori, carote e mais (€ 12); filante scamorza, radicchio e al top speck (€ 9). Sfiziosi gli involtini di guanciale con brie e salsina (€ 6), croccanti e grossi i filetti di baccalà (€ 5). Per finire in dolcezza: cremosi tiramisù presentati all’interno di barattoli ermetici (€ 5) e accompagnati da mirto (€ 4). Il servizio è veloce e professionale. I prezzi non sono bassissimi, ma le portate abbondanti e i cibi gustosi per cui la spesa vale sicuramente l’impresa!
