Really good cacio e pepe con tartufo. Generous serving with lots of truffle shavings but truffle wasn’t so overpowering like it is when a chef uses truffle oil instead. Of course, the pasta was perfectly al dente and sauce was a light and creamy emulsion. Service was very friendly, food was ready very quickly. You sit at a table in the middle of the food hall, so it was a bit too loud to talk without yelling, but was great to have table service for drinks from any of the beer/wine/drink bars in the Mercado. Worth every cent of the 22€. A few reviews have said the pasta is undercooked. IT IS NOT. It is Al dente as the pasta should be in Italy! The Carbonara is extremely decadent and creamy. The truffle isn’t skimped on and the bacon bits perfectly crunchy and flavorful. It was so good I came back the next night (with a different chef) and it was just as good, so I can say there is consistency as well. 5th time to Italy, and three weeks this trip and this was EASILY THE BEST MEAL I’ve had....

Ordered 5 different dishes. The pasta was undercooked if you ate it right away. As we let it sit about half way through our meal it fully cooked. The risotto, however, was crunchy. Besides the undercooked pasta and rice, the truffle flavor was really light. I could see the shaved truffles on top, but even those were barely truffle flavor. Therefore I'd say very pretty pasta but not a lot of truffle flavor on any of the dishes. Service was friendly and...
