I stayed close to Termini station so it’s a no brainer that I visited Mercate Centrale to have a quick dinner there. This is my first time in Italy and wanted to try Italian pasta so I decided to try spaghetti cacio e peppe. It cost 10.50 Euros and portion was huge, lots of creamy thich goeey cheese! I personally found it too salty, not sure if they boiled the pasta with the added salt or not however the texture of the spaghetti was firmer, chewier than the North American pasta I’ve tried before. Combo of worst pasta and racism in rome

Completely racist and rude staff without any respect . I had the worst cacio-e-pepe here. They racially abuse american and asian tourists passing lewd racist jokes, hooting and indulge in abusive behaviour.

The cacio-e-pepe that arrived was not boiled and tasteless. Alongwith that when People were waiting, the rude staff made less effort to prepare good food and more effort to insult and make fun of foreigners singing, dancing and even passing lewd jokes to women nearby.
