While the service was very pleasant, the food was very disappointing. Paid €35 for two USA burgers and two drinks. The drinks had a good flavor, but were not at all cold, which was disappointing. The food took a little under ten minutes to get, but was sadly bland and fell apart in seconds. Honestly it wasn’t worth eating, I made it through half of mine because I paid so much and was hungry, my friend took two bites and couldn’t even beyond that. Sadly, although I love to support vegetarian/vegan establishments and had high hopes for this one, it wasn’t good and we were sad. As an aside, this is in a “food court” type environment and is not a stand-alone restaurant, so you have to seek out and fight for a seat somewhere away from the eatery to be able to...

Agree with the previous reviewer who was disappointed with their chicken burger. Nothing like what the photos advertised, I was quite surprised when I opened my box. I could accept that if it tasted of anything... unfortunately just tasted of bread and ketchup. The chicken alternative was soggy and bland.

The owners response to the previous reviewers comment was that anything can be added to the burger - but the point is that the burger you choose because of the photo on display should be the burger you receive. You shouldn't need to be adding extras (which you would probably be charged extra for, too.)

i ordered chicken veg burger and saw on the picture they hang it’s a crispy chicken. i received just regular chicken and when i asked them what’s the deal after a long time of arguing the lady said that the picture is not what they are making. why would you hang a picture of something you don’t have in the menu??????? when i asked my money back (bc it’s NOT what i ordered…) she disagreed and just made me choose something else. very disappointing. also they didn’t have caramelized onions like on...
