Rome made me remember it as the worst city. My bag was stolen in this space. My trip became the worst. My new wallet, bag, cards, passport, sunglasses, money, etc., everything was stolen in an instant. There were many employees working, but they didn't care at all. My bag was big and heavy, so when I sat down alone and tried to put it in front of me, they moved the chair, so I had no choice but to hang it behind the chair. I don't know why they moved the chair in front of me. If I had put my bag on the chair in front of me, no one would have come in and stolen it... What did the employees do when a homeless old man came in and stole my bag from behind? They didn't report it to the police and were indifferent, so when I asked them to call the police, they called them too late. The pizza wasn't bad, but the employees didn't seem to care at all about people. In this kind of atmosphere, a homeless person came in and pretended not to know that my bag was stolen... Guys if you want advice from a pizza addict who has rated many pizzerias, forget about all the other places you find reviews for and come here.

Gino Sorbillo is my favourite place for pizza in Milan. Didn't realise they had a Rome branch until my last day in the city. So happy I came. The pizza was outstanding. Just as good as in Milan. Wonderful dough and perfect flavours and amounts for both tomato sauce and cheese. They really do high quality ingredients here.

Outstanding value for money, my companions left saying what I already know, this is actually one the of the best pizzas you're ever likely to try. Also the restaurant itself has a nice decor inside. It's basically faultless, this place.

Ormai scrivo raramente recensioni perché trovo del buono quasi sempre in ogni locale, ma qui da Sorbillo il cui nome già di per sé dovrebbe essere una garanzia l'esperienza è stata pessima. La prima cosa è il cibo stesso: nulla di che le pizze, in 6 ne abbiamo provate tante e in poche erano come condimento di gradimento condiviso (se ne salva una su sei). Peraltro le abbiamo aspettate più di mezz'ora quindi sospetto che il locale abbia il forno molto impegnato per le pizze d'asporto, perché era di fatto a metà capienza. Il peggio comunque sono stati i fritti di antipasto e la pizza fritta che, semplicemente, non li sanno fare: pastella unta e gommosa, non ben cotta all'interno, risultato veramente deludente. Abbiamo preso anche una bufala col crudo, che in un locale napoletano non può mancare... e onestamente era secca, paragonabile quasi a quelle di supermercato. Mi hanno consigliato una birra signature che non era più in carta, e quando è arrivata al tavolo in realtà era una classica Peroni gran riserva; poco male, a parte questa sbavatura in realtà i camerieri servizievoli e cordiali sono l'unica cosa che si è salvata in questa serata. Conto alto per ricarichi assurdi su servizi inesistenti, 3 eur di coperto a persona e bottigliette d'acqua da 50cl a 2,70 eur è uno schiaffo alla miseria in una serata dove veramente non si è salvato praticamente niente. Mi astengo da ulteriori considerazioni, conscio che poi i gusti sono soggettivi, e che ogni cliente può avere i suoi, ma non riesco a credere che questo sia lo standard dell'intero franchise.
