5 stars are not enough! If it were possible, i would give "Dedicated to My Father" as many stars as are in the sky. I could explain how i had a dream and they made it come true, but that wouldn't speak to why anyone else should dine here. You should dine her because the food is excellent and genuine and made with honesty by chefs who know how to cook, and the waiters and owners who works here make you feel like you're at home (if you let them). It all started with Luigi , the young boy out front who welcomed me in as if he was welcoming me into his house, and by the end of my meal i felt like i was part of the whole family. The restaurant can get busy so at times you have to be patient with the service, but the service is great. As i ate here twice, everything was fresh and authentic (if you like traditional, home-cooked style excellent food). The local fresh pasta with frutti di mare was fantastic, the warm pizzetta appetizer was lovely, the bread was fresh and the portions were sizable but not too much. Some of the entree prices were a bit higher than elsewhere, but that was offset by the reasonable prices for sides and some of the appetizers. What's important is that the food is great, the service is good and the people are lovely. It would be hard to come back to Salerno without returning to this restaurant. I will end by saying that they prepared a dish for me that my grandmother used to make (perfectly), and I'm sure that after i finished, the owner's father, to whom he dedicates his restaurant, and my grandmother, who is no longer with us, were talking in heaven ... because if there were two things my grandmother loved to do, it was to cook, and to talk. Grazie a tutti, dal mio cuore ... e...

My family and I came here for dinner after a local recommended it to us. We had a wonderful dining experience here. My pictures don’t do justice at all and I apologize for that but trust me when I say everything we had was fantastic! The seafood was fresh and the pasta dishes were delicious! The desserts were surprisingly so good! Even the complimentary appetizers they served us were so yummy, I still think about it to this day :')

The service and atmosphere were excellent! Our server explained the family history of the restaurant and it really is a beautiful story. You could really feel the warmth from the staff and the place is nice, cozy, clean, and well-kept.

This was absolutely our best meal in Salerno. Even though we made two very bad American tourist mistakes (ordered apertivo with dinner and forgot to go to the counter to pay for quite a while) we were warmly welcomed and served by several waiters. I ordered house made pasta with fruitta di mare which was clams and my partner got the langoustine scampi. Both dishes were absolutely delicious to the point that I was mopping up the broth with the table bread. For our secondi, we had a grilled medley of swordfish, cuttlefish, tuna, and langoustine. All were grilled to perfection and delicious. This was definitely a local spot and be prepared to use a bit of your basic italian. If coming through Salerno, this is a...

Of all the places we ate in the Amalfi coast, this was one of our top rated restaurants. This was certainly the best experience we had in Salerno. It felt like the food just kept coming. We were stuffed. We felt the love and homeliness. We got a welcome dish, and so many small dishes that was part of their overall service that we didn’t even order. One of them pictured is this orange fish dish that was exquisite. The sweetness of the citrus flesh complemented the fish so well. For desert, we had the most memorable cheese cake of our lives. They waitress said it was invented by their chef. So light and airy and delicious. We are certainly coming back one more time before leaving Salerno. Amazing experience. A must visit.

I absolutely recommend it. The place is very rustic and cozy. It has most of the tables outside and it is perfect during warm seasons. The prices are reasonable and the menu is full of interesting and delicious dishes. I appreciated the quality of the sea food but I would have liked less oil in my plate. Apart from that, I found fried sea food absolutely perfect: you could still smell both the fish and the fried taste. Then the final ending, the stunning dessert and the artisanal bitters. I strongly recommend if you're searching for something not too elegant, but remains a good quality restaurant
