What a wonderful, wonderful shop and experience! I have a very large head for a woman (big brains?) and have a very challenging time finding feminine hats that fit. They stretched an old hat that I brought with me and I purchased two additional cute hats that fit perfectly! They have a wide selection of styles and colors, made right in Italy. I would return to Siena just to visit Cappelleria...

Great shop run by a lovely couple. The highlight for me is their Florentine straw hat, which has a long tradition in Tuscany. Its warm yellowish-beige hue gives it a more casual look and reminds me of Tuscan wheat fields in the summer. Paired with a linen shirt and a fresh citrus cologne, it's a pure joy to wear on hot summer days. I look forward to getting it out of storage...
