Easily the best pizza i had so far in my 3 weeks journey through emilia and toskana. Of course i didn’t eat pizza all day long, but from all i had so far. This man truly understands his craft. I talked to him about his products, and he was very knowledgeable (i cook and bake a lot myself) Great compositions and a perfect mixture of napoletana and romana. Crunchy but fluffy crust, perfect bottom. More important: Not soggy.

The Sienese pizza which is flat but stuffed like a calzone is divine. There is also a great selection of Italian beers in the bottle.
