Go and get yourself a hot pizza.

Easily the best pizza i had so far in my 3 weeks journey through emilia and toskana. Of course i didn’t eat pizza all day long, but from all i had so far. This man truly understands his craft. I talked to him about his products, and he was very knowledgeable (i cook and bake a lot myself) Great compositions and a perfect mixture of napoletana and romana. Crunchy but fluffy crust, perfect bottom. More important: Not soggy.

A necessary visit when in Siena. Incredible pizza in both the Roman and Sienese style. The garlic chili pizza is to die for. The Sienese pizza which is flat but stuffed like a calzone is divine. There is also a great selection of Italian beers in the bottle. Aside from the food Sirio is very welcoming and speaks good English. To top off the food experience and the great chef / host the music playlist is fabulous. Overall, if I could give this pizza restaurant 6 stars if I could and I am very particular...
