I went to Italy November 2022 and visited this shop. I fell in love with everything but didn’t have enough time to get what I really wanted. I got one lovely spoon rest. When I got home, my husband broke a piece off the rest I got in the store and I was so upset. I then decided to look online for some lovely plates and another spoon rest. I communicated through WhatsApp and they were very helpful. I even shared some snow pictures with them since it had snowed in Texas. I seriously wished I lived in Italy. Lovely service and people. The people in this shop are so nice and they have been sending me calendars in the mail. I just received one today. My mother had been to this store and loved it. When we visited Siena she said it was beautiful store, full of treasures, not to be missed, and she was right. We found some incredible pieces that we loved. I was nervous to have them sent home to Colorado and was assured by the kind shop keeper that they take exquisite care to ensure they are sent safely. The pieces were too beautiful not to get. When they sent them, I received an email with photos of how well they were packaged. When I received them, all 4 pieces were beautifully wrapped and each was in one piece! I would share photos except for the fact they are under our Christmas tree! On our recent visit to Siena, my granddaughter had shopped in this beautiful ceramic store, Ceramiche Antica Siena. Upon return to the USA, she mentioned a plate in the store that she wished is had purchased. I emailed Mr. Leonardo Giorgi and asked to make the purchase. Leonardo and his staff got on it immediately. He was meticulous in handling all of the logistics for the purchase.
