Dingji Ramen — Restaurant in Turin

Opened this past winter this place shoots to the top of my list for Ramen in Torino/Italy Homemade every day on site fantastic!! This Ramen is so good You could put it on an old shoe and I would eat it. Ambiente raccolto, dai colori rilassanti, tutto perfettamente curato e pulito. Mangiato il tipico, vero, ramen cinese dai gusti delicati e ben riconoscibili. La pasta è fresca, fatta a mano e sul momento, vale attendere un pochino. Le alghe cinesi sono il mio piatto preferito e consiglio di accompagnare il tutto con una semplice ciotola di riso bianco per raccogliere l'ottimo sughetto delle alghe. Buonissima anche l'insalata di cetrioli, gustosa e leggermente piccante. Il tutto accompagnato da un buon vino bianco che la proprietaria, con grande professionalità e gentilezza, ha aperto in modo impeccabile la bottiglia. Che dire: cosa aspettate a provarlo? Centralissimo e facilmente raggiungibile anche con i mezzi. CONSIGLIATISSIMO per chi vuole gustare la VERA cucina...
