World class ramen with high quality noodles and broth. I have had ramen in many places in Torino, but this is by far the best ramen I have ever had. The broth is very rich in flavour and the noodles are always fresh. They have various options for sake, if you take the tasting menu, the chef will arrive to explain the types of sake, which is very informative and gives you an insight into how much effort goes into produce each cup of sake. Not the classic Japanese restaurant, the menu is kinda limited and the prices are a bit higher than other places in Turin... Nevertheless, if you are willing to try you are gonna see that the higher prices are well motivated by the much higher quality of the ingredients, whereby the limited menu is compensated by the perfect Japanese atmosphere that this place managed to create in the center of Turin!
