Real taste of the East in the middle of Turin. Having no high expectations we have visited this place and really enjoyed the food, time and approach of the owners. Il personale è estremamente simpatico e competente: sa consigliare i piatti alla perfezione, dialoga con i commensali senza essere invadente e propone ottimi abbinamenti con vini e cocktail, sfruttando la loro conoscenza enogastronomica delle Langhe.

Il pesce è sempre freschissimo: ogni anno il team si reca in Giappone per scoprire novità e aggiornarsi sulle nuove frontiere della gastronomia. È sorprendente che molti food influencer torinesi non ne parlino, ma ormai si sa che per loro conta più il business che la qualità reale.

Le prime volte che ci sono andato, i dolci non mi avevano convinto, ma oggi anche quelli sono eccezionali.

Oltre alla cucina, Fugu Sushi è un vero gioiello anche per il design. Il locale è curato, molto bello, arredato in modo eclettico e originale, e ospita quadri esposti (e in vendita) da artisti locali, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Nota positiva anche il bagno: uno dei pochi bagni ciechi di ristoranti dove la ventola funziona davvero, un dettaglio che in Italia purtroppo è raro da trovare.

Fugu Sushi è un vero gioiello: qui potete gustare il sushi e il pesce più buono di Torino, spesso anche superiore a tanti ristoranti blasonati della città, e sempre con un ottimo rapporto...

A great surprise! Absolutely every dish that we ordered was well prepared, beautifully presented and had great flavors. Shrimp tempura was light and crispy, and the shrimp was fresh and juicy.
