Ristorante Galante — Restaurant in Turin

Last night we choose the most delicious seafood tasting menu. Everything was beautifully cooked and presented with the portion sizes being perfect for each dish. Attentive service without feeling you were being watched. Whilst the menu may appear expensive we highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a good Italian meal. The only pity is that we now leave Turin so cannot have another meal there...

Il ristorante si trova praticamente in centro a Torino, facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici. La metropolitana è a 4 minuti a piedi. L'esterno non è presuntuoso, oltre all'insegna c'è solo il menù del giorno. L'interno invece è da ammirare. Intanto è molto luminoso. L'ambiente è tranquillo, riservato. I tavoli sono ben disposti, senza dover cozzare l'uno con l'altro. Lo stile è classicheggiante, ma non è assolutamente grossolano anzi, lo definirei davvero elegante. Il personale è disponibile, sorridente e soprattutto non invadente.I piatti vengono presentati molto bene. Il cibo è stato veramente una delizia per il palato, dagli antipasti, ai secondi, ai contorni (lingua alla piemontese con bagnet verd; fritto di gamberi e carciofi; carciofi trifolati).Trattandosi di un evento particolare (compleanno) avevamo richiesto una torta millefoglie: è stata preparata nel ristorante stesso e ci ha pienamente soddisfatto.
