The moment the ramen arrived at the table, the aroma was irresistible. With the first sip of Kuma’s chicken broth ramen, a wave of warmth enveloped me. The broth is rich and deeply flavorful, yet never greasy—each mouthful feels like a culmination of time and care, capturing the essence of slow-simmered chicken bones. The house-made noodles are perfectly springy, holding the broth while remaining delightfully chewy. Tender chicken and the perfectly runny soft-boiled egg make every bite a moment to savor with closed eyes.
The desserts are equally impressive. Unlike many ramen shops where sweets feel like an afterthought, Kuma’s desserts are delicate, layered, and sweet without being overwhelming. They pair beautifully with the ramen, providing a gentle, satisfying finish that feels like a warm hug in every bite.
The restaurant’s atmosphere is cozy and comfortable, with a minimalist design that radiates quality and attention to detail. Service is impeccable—the staff are polite, attentive, and genuinely caring, making you feel completely welcomed.
While the prices are on the higher side, considering the quality of ingredients, the craftsmanship of the broth, and the overall dining experience, it is absolutely worth it.
In short, Kuma is the kind of ramen place you visit once and instantly want to return to. Rich broth, perfectly textured noodles, standout desserts, attentive service, and a comfortable, inviting ambiance—if you’re in Turin, this hidden gem is not...
Read moreI recently ate at this ramen place and had a great experience. I tried two different ramen dishes—both were amazing! The broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles perfectly cooked, and every ingredient tasted super fresh. I also had the shrimp tempura, which was crispy, fresh, and absolutely delicious.
The staff were really kind and welcoming, and one of them even spoke a bit of English, which was helpful. I went around 14:15, and it wasn’t crowded at all—just one other couple there. Honestly, this spot deserves more recognition.
They offer vegetarian options, and they also have offers for example you can buy the menu of the day: one ramen dish (chosen by them) paired with an appetizer of your choice for €14.9 a great deal.
Sure, there are other ramen shops with similar or slightly cheaper prices, but based on my experience, I definitely recommend giving this one a try....
