La Reserve — Restaurant in Turin

My husband and I live in London and were in Turin for the first time. On our 3rd night he saw La Reserve on Google maps and we walked out of our way to have drinks there. The inside is very very small, we wanted to sit upstairs but were told it was reserved. There were only 2 small bar tables for us to sit downstairs the chairs were sooo short compared to the table, your head was basically just about level with the table. It was very uncomfortable.

I needed to use the toilet and went upstairs to find it mostly empty. The toilet door had no handle so was hard to open and the toilet had no toilet seat on it. After, I asked again to sit upstairs thinking maybe we had got a mix up in translation. But again they said no. Eventually someone explained we could sit for one hour only, as after that all tables were reserved, which was fine with us. So we managed to get normal seating in the end but honestly the drinks weren't worth it. The atmosphere was also strange, it felt like it had just opened and they hadn't decorated it properly. Location molto accogliente, perfetta sia per trascorrere una serata in gruppo con gli amici, che per trascorrere una piacevole serata in coppia. Drink molto buoni, atmosfera accogliente e amichevole, ma i punti di forza sono la professionalità, la simpatia e la sincera gentilezza del personale. In questo locale vi è un'attenzione verso il cliente che difficilmente si può ricevere persino in alcuni dei ristoranti più rinomati. I ragazzi de "La Reserve" sanno bene come si Lavora, con la lettera maiuscola. Solo con passione si può offrire un servizio e un'attenzione al cliente così elevati, ed è proprio grazie alla passione per il loro lavoro che hanno aperto non solo un locale a Torino, ma un bellissimo punto di ritrovo per chi vuole passare una bella serata sorseggiando uno squisito drink con ghiaccio.
