Malvina and the team provided an exquisite dining experience. Service was exemplary. Malvina was lively and enthusiastic. Dining room decor was elegant. The fresh bread and bread sticks were some of the best we’ve tasted in Italy. Primi pastas were beautifully presented and tasted delicious. Pork ribs were tender and well seasoned. Salad was fresh and well washed. Dessert was theatrical with the chef coming out to prepare a trio of sorbet scoops in a Sicilian brioche bun. A very memorable and tantalising dining experience.

Ero cliente all'hotel Turin Palace Hotel e ho deciso di prenotare una cena nel loro ristorante (questo). L'ambiente e' molto caldo. Si viene subito accolti dal personale molto gentile e si viene fatti sederee al tavolo. La cena e' iniziata con vari assaggi offerti dal ristorante, tutto molto buono e ben preparato. Abbiamo preso due antipasti e due piatti principali (un primo e un secondo). Piatti ben preparati con materie di buona qualita. Sapori e preparazione ricercata con attenzione ai dettagli. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto della cena e del servizio. L'hotel e il ristoronte sono un'ottima combinazione offrendo servizi di alto livello ai clienti.

Dîner en terrasse. Une vue magnifique. Des tables bien espacées, protégées du soleil et dressées professionnellement. Nous avons tenté le « Lobster with saffron sauce and swiss-chard stalks », nous avons gagné: présentation impeccable et saveurs au rendez-vous. Personnel parfait. Plat moyen à 30/35 €, dessert à 8/10 €, verre de vin à 15 €. Endroit privilégié. Un vrai bon souvenir de Turin.

Restaurant magnifique en semaine quand le ou la chef est là : gressins maison, amuse-bouche, plats de saison aux champignons, agnolotti à tomber par terre, dessert typique magnifique ('bunet') et petits gâteaux offerts délicieux... Ambiance jazz et feutrée ; service impeccable et multilingue.

En revanche, le niveau chute brutalement le dimanche et lundi sur la carte 'bistrot' à l'attention des clients de l'hôtel : poisson trop cuit et viande bof, accompagnés de légumes bouillis qui semblent tout droit sortis d'un sac de surgelés Picard... A 35 euros le plat, ça fait mal. Même les gressins étaient moins bons ! (clairement pas faits maison ce jour là).

A noter que le sommelier très attentionné fait goûter de beaux vins au verre (mais sans préciser les prix : attention à la surprise ! 15 euros pour moi pour ce qui s'est révélé être un Barbero et 10 euros pour le vin blanc de mon compagnon). La note est salée, mais vaut son prix seulement 5 jours sur 7. Je mets 5 étoiles pour ces jours-là. Dimanche et lundi, en revanche, mieux vaut s'abstenir. A bon...
