T - Bone Station — Restaurant in Turin

Slightly above average American T-Bone BBQ restaurant located few hundreds meters from Turin main Square.

Me and 2 other friends went there for dinner on a Sunday. Place wasn't too crowded, still it was far from empty.

We started off with an appetizers mix which was fairly expensive (16€) and that had few chicken wings slightly cold.

We then ordered a brisket and two of us shared mix of grilled meat (1kg). The mix was good, meat was tasty and correctly cooked. The brisket arrived cold at the table and we returned it. Once brought back it was clear that it had only been put in the microwave (not so good).

Overall an ok experience which is fairly expensive...

The 3 steaks we ordered were all bad in their own way. I received an untrimmed T-Bone-Steak, which as mentioned was about 40% fat, also it was not cut evenly, on one side of the bone at the edge it was about 2,5cm thick, on the opposite side of the bone it was like 1 cm thin, so it looked like a doorstop. You can imagine what that did to the doneness of the steak. My friends' steaks were both very undercooked, as both were ordered "medium" but arrived rare to barely medium-rare. I certainly wouldn't ever come back here, how a piece of meat can be cut this way and cooked without anyone thinking even for one second how crazy that is, is beyond me. Service was...

The service was Excellent. The waitress received us in very warmth way. She helped in understanding Menu and also detailed the possible choices we could go.

I ordered Chicken breast grill and this is how it looked. Chicken was very dry, Chicken was completely tasteless and not juicy (feels like it was frozen chicken).

Salad also tastes older, the grated carrot was very dry proving to be at least one day older. They can't serve at least the salad fresh.

My money completely wasted. I visited this restaurant for it's popularity but they have lost themselves in the Quality of food. None of the food gave the feel of freshness...
