Unfortunately, we had a bad experience eating in this restaurant! The first sentence the staff says is the question if you want to eat something. If you answer „no“, they either give you a sun place or they refuse giving you any place at all. In addition, it seems like they only want to make money. But when I paid, the surly fellow took my €5 and gave me €2.60 in change and no receipt. Naturally I questioned as espresso is €1.30 (not €2.40). He rather rudely gave me a few more coins…. In the end I still slightly overpaid. The issue is the lack of respect for customers. I speak fluent Italian. Sure I’m a tourist but as a client I deserve to be treated with respect. I felt that he was deliberately overcharging thinking that I would not notice. ...
