Bagatela — Restaurant in Venice

The place itself is not very cosy. It seems as af they haven't spent too much love into the details of their interior design. It is a cold and rather industrial atmosphere - especially when the bar is pretty empty. The furniture itself (cheapish metal chairs) is far from being comfortable. I was pretty hungry when I entered the bar, so I enjoyed my burger. It was ok, some sweet mustard sauce, some fresh lettuce, but the patty itself much to raw/rare for my convenience. It wasn't the smallest burger I ever had but it wasn't the tallest either. Combined with the small portion of fried potatoes (6€!!!) I paid 15€ for a simple and rather average meal. Avoid this place....

The two people (old guy and young lass) who run the place were super friendly and welcoming as soon as you enter the place. The themed look of the place (atleast a part of it) after the infamous Black Burger was unmistakable. The Burger I had was fantastic with a very distinct bread and roasting... The price is pretty good, i wouldn't say cheap but it isn't expensive either... The ambiance was super nice :D Very warm owners who can speak good English and can attend to your orders...
