We walked by this place a couple of times. On the last day we decided to give it a try before returning to the Hotel.
And what a wonderful suprise this was. Strange that this place doesn't have more reviews.
The staff/owners here are wonderful and friendly. It's not a big place, so space is limited, but worth waiting for. It's charming, it feels local and the food is great.
Especially if you're into fish and seafood cicchetti, then this is the place for you. We ordered cicchetti with shrimp, some with octopus, some with squid, quail eggs, anchovies, and fried fish. Aperol Spritz with that.
Everything tasted wonderful, unique and fresh. Octopus and squid was really tender, something many can't pull off. Prices are more than fair and the sizes of food and drinks generous.

Read moreSuch an amazing place ! We found this little bar completely by chance and it was a very very welcome surprise. We had a few of the various Venetian croquettes or cicchetti which were all delicious and very well made. The barman was extremely kind, very welcoming and explained to us what was contained in every single cicchetti. We felt extremely happy here and it has definitely been one of the best places which we've found in Venice. The prices are very fair and the aperol spritz was the best one we've tasted so far in the city. Overall, a great experience ! The bar itself is small and "homey" so one definitely feels very warm and comfortable here. Highly...
Read moreThis was our first stop our first day in Venice because it was close to our apartment. The spritz and cicchetti were very good, but the service and people working there were even better. We went there 3 days in a row for at least a spritz, and Rafael remembered us from the first time we were there. It was like having a friend who runs a hometown bar...... but in venice. I wish I knew the female server's name, but I don't remember. She was great. If you are ever sick of the way you are treated at some places in venice, head over to Camin Storto and say hi to Rafael and the crew, and you will...
