La Vacaria — Restaurant in Venice

Vacaria is hands down one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve ever had the pleasure of dining at. From the moment we walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the place. The open kitchen concept not only added to the ambiance but also showcased just how spotless and well-organized everything is. You can tell the staff takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.

Speaking of the staff, they are simply amazing! Every member of the team went out of their way to ensure that our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. Whether it was recommending dishes or making sure everything was to our satisfaction, their dedication and friendliness were truly remarkable.

Now, let’s talk about the food—wow! Every dish was bursting with flavor. From the rich and comforting pasta dishes to the perfectly cooked meats, each bite was a testament to the authentic Italian flavors Vacaria is known for. And of course, I have to mention the Tiramisu—absolutely divine! It was the perfect way to end a flawless meal.

If you're looking for delicious Italian food in a clean, welcoming environment with exceptional service, Vacaria is the place to go. I can’t recommend it...

Phenomenal Dinner Experience!

From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the staff — you could immediately feel their kindness and genuine hospitality. The atmosphere was calm, romantic, and relaxed, with a clear sense of care and attention to detail throughout.

We ordered the Costata steak (1 kg for two) along with the Farfalle pasta with duck ragu — both dishes were exceptional. The steak was perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and full of flavor, and the pasta was rich, comforting, and clearly made with love.

Our servers, Eddie and Sam, were wonderful — kind, attentive, and welcoming. After a long flight, their warmth made us feel right at home.

A true gem in the heart of Venice. We started our evening with a glass of prosecco, followed by an excellent red wine recommended by the friendly and knowledgeable staff = a perfect choice.🌼

For starters, we had a delicious mix of traditional Italian hams and salami, full of flavor. The main courses were just as impressive: a perfectly cooked beef steak with amazing roasted potatoes, and pasta with burrata and cherry tomatoes cooked al dente and seasoned just right.😌

To top it all off, we had one of the best tiramisus we’ve ever tasted - easily a 10/10. As a lovely surprise, we were treated to complimentary shots of homemade limoncello from the house.
