Thereās a first time for everything⦠including having a full-on love affair with a pizza in bed. Yes, you read that right. Me. In bed. With a pizza. In Venice. Alone⦠but not lonely. It all started with a midnight wander through the moonlit alleys of Venice, feeling like the main character in a romantic movie (minus the dramatic violin). Suddenly - BAM - Pizza Da Zorma appeared like a carb-filled angel. I donāt know what hit me first: the warm smell of the wood-fired oven, the charming smile of the pizzaiolo, or the rain that said, āGirl, take shelter and eat carbs.ā Naturally, I did what any rational adult would do - I took my new lover (the pizza, obviously) back to my hotel. They make the pizzas fresh and handmade with lot of love! And you can watch the pizzaiolo live at his work and how he is doing your ordered food.

They also recognized us when we went back for the second day š We also wanted to go there on the last day of our trip, but we had to leave the city earlier than expected. So, probably, we'll be back there someday to try the third pizza.
Heads up: there is limited standing and eating space inside, but on the street, you can easily enjoy your pizza while sitting on the edge with a view of the canal.
Enjoy...
