I ordered six dishes and he gave me five. The difference between the two items was only two euros, do you think I need two euros to eat in a restaurant? I understand staff can be unexperienced and this is totally fine, but one of them answered coldly to any of my questions and did not even apologies for the mistake, but instead replying: “I have already chose the dishes in your meal, I can bring serve it to you for additional cost”.
