Luogo a dir poco fantastico! È ciò che rimane di un antico cantiere navale, che ha dato lavoro ai veneziani dal 1500 fino alla declino della navigazione, avvenuta negli anni '60 del secolo scorso. La visita guidata permette di fare un salto indietro nel tempo e cogliere la bellezza di questo passato veneziano che l'associazione Arzana' sta lottando per conservare.
