Best ever Sushi restaurant I tried. Food is prepared with typical Japanese procedure and traditional technique. Very fresh and savory at the correct level. Food is presented with an armonic and pleasant symphony of colours and taste. Dessert are at top level so don't forget to leave some "space" to taste some of them...Mochi is GREAT!!! People working there is professional and friendly. Price are in line with the high quality food but not very high and affordable...

Eravamo a spasso nel centro di Verona e ci imbattiamo in questo Sushi Restaurant frequentato.. Ho cenato con la mia ragazza in questo ristorante di sushi e ci siamo trovati molto bene, buon sapore. Io ho gustato il Salmone alla piastra fresco e ben cotto con un ottima salsina, la mia ragazza un piatto di Uramaki molto buoni, morbidi e gustosi insaporiti con riso soffiato (una sorpresa). Personale gentile e prezzi nella norma. Ho trovato il locale piccolo, minimalista ma elegante, l'arredamento del luogo molto particolare con luci soffuse. Ho scoperto leggendo le recensioni che avremmo potuto usufruire di uno sconto prenotando tramite TheFork. I prezzi vanno dal il piatto meno costoso che è di circa €10 che equivale ad un assaggino! quindi in tema di prezzi si va in un ristorante giapponese di medio/alto livello con piatti curati della cultura nipponica anche una vasta serie di rivisitazioni all'italiana.
