We had a fantastic meal here this evening following a recommendation at our hotel. The menu is varied and there are wonderful fish and meat options. Sebastian and his team provide a superb gastronomic experience that is worthy of a Michelin star in our humble opinions. The food was faultless and the service and attention to detail excellent. We had delicious anchovies, prawns and octopus, all presented to a very high standard. We loved every course and would highly recommend! The wine choice was extensive. Sebastian provided the necessary assistance and ended up ordering a Chardonnay (normally I am not a fan but I am converted!) . The restaurant is very close to the Ponte Pietra so close to things but not overrun by tourists. We can’t stress the value for money here. The restaurant is nice and has a terrace in a pleasant square. The food is good (a bit overpriced). But the service is far away of what is desired. The waiter on the terrace (which was saying he is the boss) when he knew we were from Barcelona he told us: "Long live Franco and long live the King!". I had to explain him who was Franco, dictator and assassin during 36 years in Spain, and that my grandparents were locked in labor camps under his dictatorship.
