Great affordable place. Small shop hidden in the streets of verona directly by the river. If you take your food to go, like we did, you can walk a couple of metres and sit down on the benches by the river with a great view of Castel San Pietro, as the focaccia-shop is quite small, not a problem though! I was getting hungry walking around in Verona, and as I was about to walk across to the castle I found this place selling really delicious snacks. You have to try this place and go inside to find the various different types of pizza slices that they have. I went for the one with mushrooms and cheese, and it was absolutely delicious. During our visit to Verona, we had lunch at Focacceria Porta Pietra, and it was a wonderful experience. There’s a wide selection of focaccias with a variety of delicious and well-balanced flavors. The service was fast and professional.
