Gelateria Ballini — Local services in Verona

This is the first bad review I leave ever. The ice cream was good but the service was awful. The female seller is okay but the male one needs to find another job that will suit his temper better. He is a shame for an ice cream seller.

Edit after your reply: No, that's not us but our friends. We encountered your gelateria the same day in the afternoon, even though our friends warned us about the "warm welcoming" they received in the morning. By accident, we entered the same place. I am the person that asked for a big cone for small ice cream, ready to pay for it, if I have to, and the girl behind the counter was more than kind and polite. When we were going out, the male seller didn't miss making a snarky comment about the order with his back toward us. It was completely unnecessary and rude, having in mind we were already perfectly happy with your gelateria and service and halfway outside. Even though the ice cream was very good, the experience with your employee makes me not recommend this location. Since he started serving us, he was very bossy with us, speaking to us only in Italian, even though we had spoken to him in English, we being tourists. I never leave bad reviews but this place deserves one. In one word, disrespectful. I walked in on Sunday evening while there were no other customers, one of the workers was cleaning the floor. Out of concern they might be closing, I asked whether they’re still open. The one cleaning the floor started laughing, as if I’m supposed to know their open hours.
