ホテルJALシティの1Fにあるレストランで、内装や調度品の格式はとても高いですが、ランチタイムは宿泊客でなくても気軽に利用できます。ランチではメインディッシュとして肉料理もしくは魚料理を選びます。パン・ライス・サラダ・スープ・ドリンクは、レストランの中央に配置されているビュッフェで自分で食べたい量を盛りつけます。 ランチで特にお勧めなのがカレーライス。日によって使用される食材が変わり、勿論見た目も変わります。白色ルウのホワイトカレーは青森県産のリンゴが、茶色のルウのカレーでは陸奥湾で採れたホタテが使われています。この日はホワイトカレーでしたが、リンゴの甘みと酸味がカレーにまろやかさを加えて美味しかったです。 各料理を丁寧に拵えているからか、給仕のスピードはやや遅めに感じました。ゆっくりと優雅にランチを楽しむにはいいかもしれませんが、時間を気にする場合は避けた方がいいかもしれません。

The lunch I recommend to you is specially made curry rice. Depending on the day, it looks, tastes and toppings vary. The curry I ordered was a white-based curry that used apples from Aomori prefecture for Roux. The sweetness and sourness of the apple matched exquisitely with the hotness of Roux. Scallops from Mutsu Bay are topped with curry served on another day. I felt that the speed of serving was slow, probably because each dish was made carefully.
