We should have left after the three red flags: bright florescent lights, only one other party, smoking and drinking, and an extensive menu (in English) of cooked foods. The service was super friendly, and more fluent in English than most. They are doing a lot to welcome foreign visitors. And the grilled eel was very good. We didn't try the tempura.
