Tldr: affordable spot for lunch with good food and a nice view of the water

It's for a nice view though a bit obscured because the obstacle course is there. If you want to watch people messing around on it or doing water sports, this is a great vantage point. Their patio is pretty nice with 4 decent sized tables. Since there aren't many, might be good to call ahead and reserve!

They have a good lunch special that comes with soup, salad and a drink where you don't pay anything extra. They made it sound like dinner you just don't get it (but you can add a set for 2000 yen, it comes with even more things though so it's not like a huge loss).

The soup was much better than I expected. The salad was good, with the beef being very small pieces. More like a mini topping (but it's free and most free salads that come with your meal don't have meat). The burger was interesting. Individually the components were all great. The issue was they added sauce(it tasted like what I think their spaghetti meat sauce might taste like)... It tasted good, it's just, it made the burger a very big wet mess that I was not expecting. I liked it but would have preferred less sauce or sauce on the side where I could dip the burger so that my bun wasn't just soggy because it was sitting in the sauce for too long. If you are a fast eater this might not be a problem for you. The total price for everything was just a touch over 2000 yen, like 2050? I felt it was a decent deal. I've been here twice in the last couple of weeks and had a brilliant time each time.

The first time I went I got a 400g wagyu sirloin (NY strip) with the set which includes a small chef salad with ranch, side of rice, and a potato soup. The sirloin came with the steak and some small veg. The steak and veg came out on a skillet plate so be sure to flip your steak when you get it. Additionally, since the steak is very well marbled, it will spatter quite a bit till the plate cools off a little. The food was excellent and cooked exactly as asked for in desired temperature. For thicker cuts (450g+, like my second trip) maybe go one higher as the internal temp will be a bit cool.

We arrived at 6:45pm and was seated promptly with courteous staff and when asked if they spoke English they gave us a server that was able to clearly speak English. The waitress made sure our waters were never empty and asked if we wanted more of our drinks or beers as we finished them. At the conclusion of the meal our plates were cleared and we stayed around for a bit. This place was great on a Saturday when the fireworks occurred at 8pm.

The food was okay. The location is good. But the service was a mess and way too slow. They don't give you water, I had to ask them. We ordered 200g and 300g steak. When he showed up the steak he didn't know which was 200g and 300g. I ordered garlic rice, but he gave me white rice. I had to wait for them to make it which they messed my order up. My friends already finished their meal I still waiting for my garlic rice. Totally wasted my time. After we finished the steak, one guy gave us a bowl of salad which they forgot our order.
