Due to itโs short dry age period, the steak had all the tenderness but without the dry age โfunkโ; something dry age fans (like myself) will gripe over. The price and quality are fair enough, but donโt expect much from the meat quality, it doesnโt melt in your mouth quality.
The service is fast; you will get your food in less than 10 minutes, and they serve soup and salad while you wait for your steak.

You order your own set meal and add on whatever extras you desire like extra meat or rice, kimchi etc. I had to use a translate app to fully understand what the instructions were, but no big deal. The counter seat was a little tight as I stored my winter jacket on my lap. I was unaware that you cook your own meat! I was not expecting this type of dining experience but I thoroughly enjoyed it and plan on returning....
